Skype 2.0 now includes video calling. Skype has been on the market for several years now but really hit a mainstream audience when it was purchased by eBay last year. On eBay you can now even call a buyer directly through Skype to ask questions etc. Online communications couldn’t be easier. Many people also use Skype to record conversations online for future use in a podcast - very useful for conducting interviews. Skype also includes the ability to call regular non-internet phones for a small fee. This is probably most useful for international calling.
