We’ve used several different blogging software platforms over the past year or so including Movable Type, WordPress, and Blogger.com and have narrowed down our favorite choice to WordPress. Among the top reasons is ease of installation and server compatibility. WordPress is also a snap to maintain for the end-user who really just wants to roll up their sleeves and get down to blogging. The WordPress community also has a huge user-base and has a ton of templates and plugins that make it easy to get up-and-running and customize your blog to look and perform exactly how you want.
